IARU Beacon id. Use software if you have an accurate clock.
Many programs  especially these for ionosphre propagation
prediction have an addenum to put these beacons on the map.

Try the northern California DX foundations web site :
"www.ncdxf.org" for a newer programme in this regard. I have
not yet checked it out.

Anyway , i will send out a small DOS programme (which even
runs on my WinXP) which - if you have the precise time set
on your machine - tells U which beacon is transmitting.
