Am I missing something here ?
From time to time we see a cq here ,
not as many as when we had all those from young students is U.S . What
intrigues me is that replies to these are frequently sent to @WW and not
as a SP .While a CQ is a general /bulletin message ,I would think an
individual reply should be sent as such in the form of a SP ,not as a
bulletin . What do you think ?
