Rudi, it's fine that you are doing rowing sports even at your age.
You must be very young in your muscle and in mind also.
I know some guys who are packet enthusiast came back out of hospital
getting an operation as I did 2 years before.
Well when I was in Sapporo JA8 land the capital town of northern island,
we used to go on bicycle whenever going all the way around the town.
Now here in our location where many inlets with cliff up from seashore,
I use my feet as my vehicle.
