Good idea, but you need one of two things. One, a topic that everyone
wishes to comment on, or, those who receive P messages to reply, I find
both of these situations lack input.
I do get behind with P messages but I always answer, even if there is a
time delay.
Some failure can be bad path and so on, which only kills the progress of
packet, and an other can be calling CQ and not responding to the stations
who have taken time to reply.
