Hello,
DXCconv.exe is an add on program for DX-Cluster information decoding and
adding helpful informations such as distance, zone, rotator position...
It was first meant to be used with the "SP" terminal program, but can either
be used with WPP.
DL5NO Georg has written this little program in Borland C++ His homepage is
now at:

This program can also be downloaded on:

at the very bottom of the page.
WPP packet and APRS terminal program can be found at:
http://wpp.dc6hb.de/
Before first use, you must edit DXC.DAT and write your own grid locator and
that's all.
