This is one point ...
The other point is that we have somes USA MBO wich need also test
to fwd with us in CLOVER mode ... theses MBO don't use PACTOR-2
protocol ..
We have in project to help Didier for direct fwd with USA ..
The third point of vue, is that Didier make a very good job in
PACTOR-1 & PACTOR-2 mode, and we need to open our network to a
maximum of DATA's mode running in Ivory Coast !!...
In last point of vue ! hi ! we are conscients that PACTOR-2 mode
is the BEST DATA TRANSMISSION mode in this time for HF links !
