Hi tnx for reading this bulletin.

I have noticed what seem to be a number of Oprs on vacation QRV from the SV
Islands signing SVn/Homecall but not adding the usual CEPT TR 61-01
/Portable.  Can anyone advise if there is a way of notifying the QTH to the
SV Licence Authority so that /P is not needed.  CEPT TR 61-01 has given ham
radio a lot flexibility to operate outside the home country but having to
send 2 x / in CW can be longwinded! so I would be interested in ways to avoid
the /P.
