I have seen a lot of chat over the problem of CB mail mixing up in HAM
networks. And I do agree "it IS a PROBLEM"!
But I'd like to clear up a few points that I am sick of hearing!!

Correction has to be made here. If you had study this a little more you would
find that Packet in certain European countries is in FACT completely LEGAL!
Countries such as Holland, Germany & Denmark. I am sure many other will
follow, next two will probably the UK and Austria. So you see it is perfectly
alright to have an NL3FL @ NL3FL.ZH.NLD.EU.

Then these operators are MORE to blame than operator on CB ! If they cannot be
responsible SysOp's; should they be SysOp's?

Well I think that's good! I do believe that CB and HAM network should and can
ever be mix.

Well dear Jan-Martin and others, on the whole I agree, something has to be
done about the problem of cb mail on HAM networks... I think we should start
first of all with those SysOp's whom carelessly download file on the Inet! But
please, above all, get the facts right, CB packet is legal and have just the
same rights are we do to broadcast packet on CB as we do on HAM QRG's. So let
that rest, and concerntrate on how all SysOp's can work together to filter
these legal CB messages!
