while it may be very easy to link by AXIP/AXUDP
two xBPQ systems, the obcm MUST be linked at first
with a node, i.e. XNET, and then link this last one
to the BPQ node peer.
As per further info: a telnet fwd link between the
above systems results totally impossible on the two
ways.
