Subj: Can I BLOCK senders?

I wonder if anyone else who runs BPQ32 might know if there's a
command or setup that will allow me to BLOCK or to
UNMONITOR certain individual callsigns from connecting or
broadcasting to my BPQ node on the internet port please?
The reason I have to ask is because after many years of
routine and trouble-free operation I have suddenly acquired
several uninvited stations who have started bombarding me
with NODES BROADCASTS that I don't want, and did not ask-for.
These sations are in the USA and several in ARGENTINA.
Obviously, since these people disn;t ask first, or make any
arrangements for me to include them in my own Nodes Partners
List, their broadcasts are not being accepted by my system,
and are generating many reply attempts that they aren't
listening-for. All traffic I send bounces back because we
haven't 'Mapped' each-other's calls.
So these people's activities are pointless and unwelcome.
Why would they do this without making arrangement first? Duh!
The end result is that my DATA CONSUMPTION HAS ROCKETED
TO 20 TIMES IT'S NORMAL LEVEL.
Since I'm paying my the megabyte to my ISP, this is disastrous.
So please, do you know if there's any way that I can specifically
BLOCK these stations from my BPQ system?
I'm sure there's a command or setup page somewhere that will
allow me to do this?
Any suggestions appreciated.
mni thanks Paul ZL4AX-10:PUKKIE
