Dear friends,

I have a baycom modem installed and working under dos with a "tsthost 1.43c". I
am using the COM1 port as well.
Recently, I have downloaded de BQP drivers (baydrv.vxd) from the internet and,
whenever I tried to load it on win98, my radio seems to transmit "forever",
like I was pressing down the PTT button.

Does anyone know what is happening ? My serial uses a 16550 UART and everything
was done like listed in winpakgo.txt which I've got from winpack's official
site.
