If you are talking about the DOS version (v4.08a) then you have
to ensure that the code is loaded BEFORE Windows starts.
This means putting the following into AUTOEXEC.BAT:-
CD\BPQ
BPQCODE.EXE
You'll need to put the BPQ DLL file into the C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM
folder aswell. You should see some text appear before the Windows
screen pops-up: "G8BPQ Packet Switch for Windows" something like that.
Probably a good time to plug the excellent X-Router software:-

This will run in a DOS-box on any Win95/98/ME + Win2000 machine.
