Thanks to all that answered my call for info (help?)

I have been using Winpack with AGW PE for quite a while now and find
it as stable as a (stable?) rock. I just wondered what this BPQ thingy
was. I saw it mentioned in the Winpack notes and never took the
trouble to read them. (After all, I am a ham!) When in doubt, short it
out! (Old electricians cry!)
