Hi Dennis,


          If you are using BPQ then you must be running a node and/or a
bbs. Both should be configured if you want the PMS to work. The PMS aliass
(for winpack) and callsign MUST be placed in BPQ as shown and the
appropriate nodes and routes added. Then you must run BPQCFG.EXE and
reboot
so that BPQCFG.BIN exists. Winpack will then function along with your PMS.

You can install BPQ seperately. You don't have to use the bpq files which
come with winpack. Winpack will look for (and find) the bpq switch if it
is active. The winpack interface settings must be set to BPQ.
