I have tried to find out what have been changed since v4.08a, but I have not
managed to get any information at all about any changes.
Does anyone know anything about this new bpq version?
Have anything been changed any bugs have been fixed, support for new hardwares
etc? Is this verion in any way better that bpq 4.08a, are there any other
reasons for people to use it more than that it is the only windows node
avaliable?

It is sad for all users of kantronics tncs!
Kantronics once made their tncs support bpq kiss (x-kiss as they called it),
doesn't understand why they don't want their tncs to support 6pack also.
Maybe there are not enough money in such a projekt, kantroincs are after all
much more commercial than most other constructers and manufacturers of packet
equipment.
Flexnet is not the only one that use 6pack these days, there are many other
softwares that does. Even if some of them still supports kiss will it
never work as good as with 6pack.
Especially for higher speeds than 1k2, nodes acting as dama masters and in
all other situations is 6pack very good to use much better than kiss.

You would find flexnet much better for sure!
