If tfx2.8, AGW, tfkiss, etc use KISS better than BPQ, why can't FlexNet
use KISS better than BPQ?????
What node software runs with tfx2.8, AGW, tfkiss, etc?

Allowing some users to use KISS with FlexNet would not prevent others
using 6pack. Because 6pack is better than KISS we are told we cannot use
KISS with FlexNet, but must use BPQ, AGW, tfx2.8, tfkiss, etc.
