I use BPQ and I like it. Anders, it works!

BPQ does the job. It has no problems to saturate a 1200 bps packet link
what so ever. So why change? It's there, installed on my computer. It's
configured and ready to run. It runs right now! So what can I gain by
switching to Flexnet ???? Do I get more speed? I've already got 1200
bps and that's the best my TNC (KPC-4) can do.

Please tell me what there is to gain by switching from BPQ to Flexnet.

IMHO there is:

1. Way more work to be done; install, config, searching for help...
BPQ requires NO WORK AT ALL because it's installed and works!

2. No more speed because the link is already saturated at 1200 bps.

What more do I want? Nothing at all! Look, I need a node - period! I've
got a node. Does it work? YES. Fine! So what's the big deal with Flexnet?

Ok, ok... When all our old nodes run Flexnet I'll consider it...

I bet it's not easier to setup than a system already set up, huh? The easy
installation argument is not good enough when it comes to changing an old
(working) system. I don't change my car because a brand new one is easier
to assemble. I'll never ever assemble a car, I work with computers, I
don't know anything about cars. I don't need an easy installation. My node
is already installed, why should I consider a new one that is easier to
install when I've already got an installed node?
