 I have some trouble with function #4 Get stream status.

Trouble #1
        It is DX _never_ says 'somthing hapend here'.

Question #2
        Can I have some use of the data from reg86.x.bx ?
                see the test print below.

        Thanks for reading this!

The C routine for this I use is this.
----------------------------------------------------
#include    "bengts.h"

#define     BPQ_STRSTAT 4
<....>

int stream_status( FILE *fp, int stream, int connect ) {
union REGS reg86;

    reg86.h.ah = BPQ_STRSTAT;  // Get stream status
    reg86.h.al = stream;
    reg86.x.bx = 0; // It is for the testprintout only.
    reg86.x.cx = 0;
    reg86.x.dx = 0;

if ( fp ) {
    fprintf(fp,"AX %04X ", reg86.x.ax);
    fprintf(fp,"BX %04X ", reg86.x.bx);
    fprintf(fp,"CX %04X ", reg86.x.cx);
    fprintf(fp,"DX %04X\n", reg86.x.dx);
    }

    int86(BPQint,®86,®86);

    BPQ.Stream[stream].changed =
        (BPQ.Stream[stream].connect != reg86.x.cx);
    BPQ.Stream[stream].connect = reg86.x.cx;

if ( fp ) {
    fprintf(fp,"AX %04X=%u+%u ", reg86.x.ax, reg86.h.ah, reg86.h.al);
    fprintf(fp,"BX %04X=%u+%u ", reg86.x.bx, reg86.h.bh, reg86.h.bl);
    fprintf(fp,"CX %04X ", reg86.x.cx);
    fprintf(fp,"DX %04X ", reg86.x.dx);
    fprintf(fp,"Stream %u\n\n", stream);
    }

    if ( connect )
        return reg86.x.cx;  //  connect flag
    else                    // else
        return BPQ.Stream[stream].changed;
                            //  changed flag
    }
