Hi There i have been asked a few times how you can run bpq with 2 baycom modems
one on each port, this was sent to me by another amatuer....
RUNNING 2 BAYCOM MODEMS WITH BPQ...
Running bpq/baycom modem X2, I run 70 cms on com1 anf 2 metres on com2 both
using BAYCOM modems . In BPQ.CFG you define the interrupt for port 1 as
being 96 and the interrupt for port 2 as 97 . Then you load up 2 copies of
BPQAX25.EXE with all the relevant parameters to specify the ports but the
one on port one is loaded up withe the option -i60 and the one on port 2
with the option -i61 . Explanation.... 60 and 61 are the hexadecimal
equivalents of 96 and 97 . So BPQ will now talk to the two drivers
seperately giving you two ports on BAYCOM boards . Its best to LOADHIGH as
much as possible as memory can get a bit tight otherwise .
hope this is of some help to someone...
73 Fred.
