Hi there,

Does anyone know how to prevent messages longer than what the sysop had
configured, to be *received* (not just be held and not sent further). As I
understand, forwarding proposals include the size of proposed msgs, so if
any is longer, how to reject receiving it -if possible by any means, in particular 
over HF packet links.
