Hi All,
I am trying very hard now to get 3 Baycom modems running on 3 com comports
using 3 individual cpies of BPQAX25 (or AX25EXT which ever..).
I can manage to get 2 running on COM1 and COM2 without any problems, but the
problems ome when I add COM3 and try putting a modem on that too.
I have COM1 set as 3F8f
COM2 " " 2F8h
COM3 " " 3E8h
Also I have COM1 on IRQ4
COM2 on IRQ3 and
COM3 on IRQ7.. I am using IRQ7 as
to not clash with the other Baycom modem. Basically, BPQ just doesnt see that
port atall! The BPQAX25 Driver set at IRQ7 with an address of 3E8 loads OK,
but just doesnt appear to the switch. It doesnt affect the other 2 ports.
If I remove COM1 and run my baycoms on COM2 and COM3 with COM2 on IRQ3 and
COM3 on IRQ4 (as default) the two work fine. I have tried having both COM1 and
COM3 on the same IRQ but it locks out all ports.....
The computer is an Hewlett Packard Vectra 286 at 12Mhz.
If you can help me atall, or have any information, I would be Very greatfull
to hear from you. Thanks for your time regardless, Best 73 de Chris in
Runcorn..
