Hello All,
I suggest that everyone read the reports at the following
URLs.
My reading of these reports makes me very suspicious that the IEEE P1775
committee is corrupt. Perhaps not corrupt in that money is passing under
the conference table but possibly/probably due to the BPL industry
ganging up to get standards that suit them and the rest be damned.

Ed Hare W1RFI of ARRL has requested IEEE members to vote on this proposed
"Standard".
The big advantage of standards is that there are plenty from which to
choose.
