Only within the last few days I send a bulletin alerting those of us in
Europe about the EC Directive (which all EC country's have to abide by)
that PROTECTS AMATEUR BANDS from all harmful intereference.

Now I know we are here in europe and you're down under but I wonder if
there is any hidden legislatation you could dig up to fight your case ?

Perhaps you huys could lobby for similar protection ?

Below is a copy of my bulletin with some of the text from our EC directive.

NOTE: It may be an EC *directive* but all EC countries *must* abide by it.

The reason it's called a directive as opposed to law is a bit of diplomatic
wording so that each member country can retain it's traditional sovereignty
whilst at the same time signing up to the EC stuff.

Well I think that's the best way of putting it!

What follows is for interest only - it may give you ideas to lobby for.
