Hello friends,
I wonder, which speech system the blind OM from the United Kingdom is using. A
lot of blind hams in Germany use the HAL software in conjunction with the
Apollo or Juno speech synthesizer. Both are manufactured in the UK.
I have used two packet programs which work very nicely with HAL and Apollo.
One is Called SP6 and the other TOP. Of course, both are in the German
language. I do not know whether there are English language versions available.
One of the nice things about these software packages is that the information
which appears on the computer screen is read automatically. So I can just sit
back and listen.
I hope I could at least help a little.
