Hello Art, reading the message about your blind friend i am parallysed
from the neck down and breath with the aid of a ventilator and i use a
voice recognition system called Dragon Dictate for Windows to communicate
with the computer it's very very good.
I don't know whether you have thought about this before but the software
will do anything a mouse or keyboard will do and all you need in the
hardware department is a soundcard and a michrophone.
I dont know whether this would be of any use to your friend but if you
need any info on this software please let me know and i will get back to
you, all the best to you and your friend.
