Hello, OMs!

Help me, teach me, please, how to decode 7plus messages conveniently quickly and easily? Is there something that works out of the box, as they say?
Similarly, how to encode files in 7plus and what are the rules for sending: what is acceptable and what will be considered bad manners?

I'm interested in solutions separately for Linux and separately for Windows. Maybe there is something ready for Sylpheed?
