Hi

Biker's, chaps/chapess's, OM/YL, Boys/Girls or in fact anything else you
may answer too.

I have been reading the owners handbook for my Trident 900 in which it
tells me that I can adjust 3 things on the front suspension, namely;

Spring Pre-Load
Rebound Damping
Compression Damping

It also tells me I can set 2 things on the rear suspension, namely;

Spring Pre-Load
Damping Force

All 5 settings are setup at the factory in their "STANDARD" setting which
appears to mean set it in the middle of it's adjustment range. The owners
manual goes into specific detail on just what I need to do to make
adjustments but what it fails to tell me is what effect these adjustments
have and how I decide what the correct settings should be.

So the reason for sending this sb is to ask you how I should be setting up
the suspension for best effect.
73's CUL...
