Hi Pete and all,
I really don't want to be drawn into yet another argument over Tasers,
I'll just say for my opinion use of one is the next to last resort, that
being use of the officer's sidearm. That's not to say we should
mollycoddle suspects or put officers in danger, just "ramp up" the use of
force rather than jumping straight to the hot stick.
Just to clear something up, "Mister K" is Klaus whom we haven't heard
comment from, not the King Of Ks David with whom you seem to be competing
lately. Here, have another frog.
