Currently we have a national advertising campaign for a
common medical condition, with massive TV and written promos of deadly
danger, unless you contact xxx.
It turns out to be an advertisement for a commonly prescribed
medication, that has been around for zonks! But this is not mentioned
at all in the promo's.
It is available under the National health scheme, but as with most
prescriptions, its full cost is about $40.
Is this some sort of subliminal attempt, to gain your attention, by
causing unnecessary worry?
