I'm not sure if I'm producing valid data from WSJT software but it's
telling me that I'm getting a doppler frequency shift from GB3VHF upto
+164Hz.

If this data is correct then this would need to be taken into account
when calibration is taking place.
I understand that at HF there can be 1Hz or 2Hz doppler shift just
by the ionosphere's own wobbling.
