Hi all
as we read here:
http://www.darc.de/referate/ausland/iaru/r1c02/aktuelles/docs/BerichtC5.rtf
all 70 cm beacons should be unfortunately retuned down into 432.400 - 432.500
MHz band, due to some interference in OZ...
I need say, that it it very, very bad decision of IARU for all of us and it is
probably next direct step how to terminate all ham radio traffic in that
interesting band.
I am quite sure, that many 70 cm beacons will QRT forever, similarly to 2m
change couple of years ago. Situation with my privat OK0EP beacon will be very
same - beacon is placed in TV tower and I am restricted with any frequency
change. So, when this bad decision will be effective, OK0EP will QRT after 23
years of successful operation...
