Hello dear OM,

QSP from F5SMZ:
--------------------------
my name is Jean-philippe, my callsign is F5SMZ and I'm located in JN39EJ.
I'm a permanent active station of a group of OMs studying propagation on
many different bands from HF to UHF by using digital modes, from AX25 to
PSK31, this is the project called "BEACONet".
All you need to understand the project concept and what you need to setup to
be QRV is explained on the following website.

http://go.to/beaconet

For now we are looking for partners all around the world to join our
network, especially on 10m, by using AX25 1200 bds USB on 28.128 or mainly
PSK31 USB on 28.131.
Stations in USA are at the beginning of the project, but now as the concept
seems to work, the project scope have been widden to the world. Most of
active stations are still from North America, but South America and Africa
have joined the project recently.

I hope that the project will interest you and you will be able to join us in
a near future.

If you are not interested in this project, could you forward these
informations to others OMs that you estimate could be interested in, but to
monitor in real time propagation on 10m band you can at least monitor 28.131
in PSK31 where BeacoNet stations are 24/7/365 active and provide permanent
and reliable signal sources.

73 de Jean-philippe,F5SMZ
