Today, on April 17,1996, the old known 4X6TU IBP beacon was heard by me in
the new cycle, where the transmission slot was shortened from one minute to
ten seconds only. Full cycle is only 3 minutes. The time accuracy of the new
system seems to be excellent.
Remark OK1HH:
Instead of 4X6TU, W6WX was heard in the same time slot by me
on March 1,1996 (!)
Unfortunately I do not have any official information from/about IBP.

Unfortunately, I didn't hear 4X6TU and YV5B on 24 MHz yet, and nothing from
IBP on 28 MHz (no surprise if we have a sunspot minimum, hi).
The other beacons, 4U1UN, JA2IGY, OH2B and CT3B remaining on the old schedule.
