THE END OF MARCH ?
Last night we had our TV weather man say something about, "Don't forget
Daylight Saving".
We had also been told to put our clocks BACK by one hour.
I have to wonder!
When we put our clocks FORWARD by one hour towards the end of last year we
were told that it was for "daylight saving" purposes.
Because we have now put them back, as instructed, is it a case of
"Daylight UNsaving" ?
I also question as to whether or not the "UNsaving" counteracts the
"saving" and thus negates the whole process.
Further, I have previously expounded the theory, based on the fact that;
"Heat makes things expand and cold makes things contract."
"That is why the days are longer in the summer than they are in the
winter."
Can anybody clarify these two situations, please ?
Regards,
Ian
