Hi "Spreaders"

I was rather amazed to see references to this spread after so many
years.....I was very fond of Vegemite as a youngster (60 years ago) but
alas it is no longer seen here in South Africa.

Marmite is readily available however, but I understood that it is a beef
extract..must get hold of some again to check content. ( Maybe that's
where that 'blud' comes into it ! )

I still refer to the warning that used to be on the top of the Marmite
bottles, which applies to far more things in life than the content of
those little bottles. This warning or rather advice read: "Too much
spoils the flavour" Sad to say though, this no longer appears on the cap
probably because it lasted too long....Hi !
