The Philippines Amateur Radio Association (PARA) is offering to assist
VK radio amateurs visiting its country to obtain a local amateur licence.
PARA, in the absence of a formal reciprocal licence agreement between the
two countries, PARA is facilitating visitor licensing.
Details of requirements can be obtained from PARA or downloaded at the
Amateur Radio Victoria website.
