No Warren, I have never heard of a shielagh.. looks Irish to me. I have
however heard of Sheilas, though that name for a girl seems to have
dropped out of the language in Australia in the last 30 years or so.
Haven't heard it for years. I think it originated with C.J.Dennis's book
"The Sentimental Bloke".
But what is a crocodial? I have seen sundials but no crocodials. Or
perhaps you mean crocodiles?
