It was in fact a brand of humour well known to thse who live in the UK.
If you don't like then tough.
You need a humour transplant OM - this is 2003 amd not the era of Queen
Victoria. If you have a chip on your shoulder about such humour then I'd
watch out because us G-STATIONS who have a brain will use that chip
