Warren regardless of the comments "ambiguity" or not this is how the
courts in this country make reference to language, if the language exceeds
the general communities standard then there is reason to take further.
Warren I looked into this 2 years ago to clarify what the law in this
country reqarded suitable behavior and not suitable behavior.
My comments were only that was repeated from an actual magistrate court
appearance trying to remove or find grounds to remove such behavior by a
group of individuals.
So to cap off:
The law in this country draws comparissions to commonly accepted language
in the community by making reference to it as "Street language", the
courts argument here is; "why should ham radio or cb radio have a
different law governing it when the community has different standards or
values over the whole?
These are not my views they are that of our legal system and from
investigation of a Barrister that I know, a similar standard is applied in
UK and the USA.
