No, David, it suggests that such behaviour is uncommon on VK packet.
I don't hear it on HF either. What goes on on 2 mx I wouldn't know. I am
out of range but I have not heard any complaints from my colleagues in
other places. The reports I have heard of bad behaviour and bad language
on repeaters was through pirate activity and that the behaviour was not by
amateurs at all.
Now don't let us start another international war please. If you live
outside this country you really have no clue as to what the true situation
is and you really should not comment..
