Because XE2CRH/XE1FH2 there will not be any more new bulletin from ARRL.
They, I do not now who of this 2 bbs, resend one year old bulletin the
BID now are in use. BID is same from year to year.
All bulletin width R:-lines start width "R:00" are in hold here. But that
will not give me the new fresh one. Maybe ARRL will change BID? For
example, ARL?1xxx. "1" from last part of actual year?
I have get 3 bad bulletin now, hrere the last:
