Well,
I'll be writing my ARRL reps. and ask them to discontinue reiventing the
wheel. Today's electronics student would be better served working towards
a CET and it's various endorsements, it will serve them better in the
market place than any amateur radio certification. The ARRL could best
serve by getting affordable training material in the hands of young
amateurs intrested in learning electroncs. Sounds like good intentions
but it smells like an attempt to appease the old guard.
