Better system, follow rest of ARRL bulletin.
ARLPxxx, ALRBxxx and so on.

For example:
The ARRL Letter
Vol. 18, No. 43
October 29, 1999

Use ARLL1843
(SB LETTER @ ARRL $ARLL1843)

It will also be beautiful in sorted directory. Also, it seems to follow
ARRL:s "standard" BID system. Easy to remember...
