Greetings,

Is it a good idea posting something a file as large as the ARRL letter in
nationwide distrabution a good idea? I can understand making available
for locally for those who don't have internet based email. If it has to
be done one a nation wide basis, there is no need for more than one person
to do it, is there? I run Winpack, it is configured to download any
bulletins containing ARRL. In the interest in keeping the local frequency
overhead to a minimum, I'll be adding two more callsigns to Winpack's
reject list. Thanks for reading.
