NOTICE TO ANYONE WISHING TO ATTEND THE ARRL / VEC
TEST SESSION SCHEDULED FOR 26 SEPT 1998 AT BITBURG, GERMANY
Extra security measures have been implemented in our area.
This will affect participants to the ARRL/VEC test session.
If you do not have a valid US military identification card,
you will need to bring your passport so that we may obtain
permission to escort you onto the military installation.
No other form of identification is acceptable.
Non-ID card holders who fail to bring their passport will be
denied entry to the test session.
Military police will not make any exceptions.
These extra measures are unavoidable and are effective until
further notice.
