Hi all. Just to let you know that I have recently updated my Archimedes SSTV
PD disk. The software included is a receive-only version of Arc_SSTV 6.40,
which now installs on to the icon bar, just like a real application! It does
not truly multi-task, but it doesn't affect any other applications that are
running; any unsaved data that is on the desktop when you enter Arc_SSTV
will still be there when you quit it.

A seperate SSTV_DEMO program is no longer necessary, as the Arc_SSTV
application can be used to view the three demo pictures which are included
on the disk.
A drawing of the optional software-controlled "port switch", allowing two
receivers or transceivers to be connected at the same time is also now
included. It is now even easier to upgrade to the full-transceive version of
Arc_SSTV. Full details are on the PD disk.
To obtain this latest SSTV PD disk, send a formatted disk (800K or 1.6MB)
plus SAE to:-

If you send a high density disk (ADFS 1.6MB format) I will send a few extra
JPEG pictures, as received off-air using my RiscPC.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS SSTV PD DISK IS FOR USE ON ACORN "ARCHIMEDES" COMPUTERS ONLY.
IT WILL *NOT* WORK ON THE PC, AMIGA, ATARI, BBC MICRO OR ANYTHING ELSE!
