Subject: [aprssig] Opentracker and packet shooter - kiss

Gudday

The opentracket supports a load that functions as a packet shooter, and
talks KISS.

So what do I have to get my PIC to do to send KISS ?

What is the basic KISS structure ?

I actually fixed that the other day, then went to publish it to PDF and
found that all of the page numbers were gone. I'll try to remember to get
that fixed and uploaded shortly. I'll have to check on the 'getting
started' sheet, too.
