Perhaps. After. Still more work on the (not very) new paradigm awaits, and
we need everybody's help working on that. Can you believe we still have a
few digis showing the old-fashioned "N overlay" on their map symbols in
California? Heck, I even saw a station trying to use the long obsolete
RELAY and WIDE aliases the other day!
Amazing, eh?

Yeah, we have N overlays in the area too. I guess it'll take longer than
the transition from 145.79 to 144.39. How long did that take?

Subject: [aprssig] Doppler DFing

Someone at DCC gave me a paper with information on a particular Doppler
direction finding system, but I've misplaced it now - if you're that person,
please send me an email!

If there's ANY Doppler system with a serial output that you'd like to see
supported by the Tracker2, let me know - I need details on the data format,
and ideally plenty of sample data for testing. I've got the Peet Bros
weather format working, and it's time to add some more parsers. Autobaud is
working, too - no need to tell the tracker what port or baud rate to use,
just plug the GPS receiver into one port and the weather station into the
other, and it'll sort it out. Hopefully I can make the DF support equally
simple.

I use this to get 9600 at my station here and now they've deleted the
support for it. Does anyone know anyone what the Linux kernel listserv is
so I can request this back?

Subject: [aprssig] Data connector for Kenwood handheld?

Greetings-

Does anyone know of a source for a speaker-mic cable that will fit newer
Kenwood handhelds? I want to make a packet cable for a TH-F6, and a molded
connector such as the one used on the Kenwood SMC's or the MFJ-295 would be
ideal. The connector has both 3.5mm (microphone) and 2.5mm (speaker)
connectors. Both connectors are TRS (stereo). I could use individual
connectors, but I really like the neatness factor of a single cable.
Additionally, the jacks on the F6 are slightly recessed, such that even
with individual connectors it can be hit-or-miss finding one that seats
properly.

Thanks for any suggestions,
Josh KI4ITI

Subject: [aprssig] Decoding MIC-E packets for Project

Hi All,

I need to be able to decode APRS MIC-E- packets for a project I'm doing
for school. I prefer to work with the data in a Unix style environment.
