Hi all,
I've seen numerous questions regarding how to connect a Mac to a TNC so
I thought I'd help those that asked about that.
I'm at present using a Classic, an LC and a Powerbook 160 connected to
various TNC's (the powerbook's great for dxpeditions).
Start by downloading ZTerm, ftp://ftp.funet.fi/pub/ham/mac, and have a
look at appendix A where you'll find an instruction on how to construct
a cable between the Mac and the TNC.
Connect that cable to either the modem or printer port, fire up ZTerm
and your'e on-line (switch on tnc and connect the cable to it of course) !
Hope this helps
