Last published 'International English' was wisky6377, dated May 1996.

wisky5741 is uploaded as a compressed, self extracting archive (sea),BinHex'd, and split into 18 file segments with QU.

If you do not have QU, follow these steps :
1/ download all 18 files: wisky5741qu1/18 thru wisky5741qu18/18
2/ with any texteditor programm capable of supporting text windows of more than
32Kbytes of content (e.g. freeware BBEdit Lite) open a 'new', untitled window
3/ with the same texteditor programm open the downloaded file wisky5741qu1/18
4/ within the wisky5741qu1/18 find the leading "WISKYcry..." line and the
trailing "WISKYcry" line, and select the BinHex'd data between the two
"WISKYcry" lines
5/ copy and paste the selected BinHex'd data into the 'new', untitled window
6/ repeat steps 3 thru 5 above for the remaining downloaded files
wisky5741qu2/18 thru wisky5741qu18/18
7/ save the 'new', untitled window as "wisky5741.hqx"
8/ open any programm capable of decoding BinHex'd datafiles (e.g. freeware
Stuffit Expander) and decode "wisky5741.hqx" to "wisky5741.sea"
9/ double click "wisky5741.sea" to expand into the folder "wisky5741"
